| Joint-venture railways in our country appeared in the1980s from the railway investment and financing system reform, to attract social capital to participate in building railroad. Joint-venture railways has become an important way to speed up the railway development and to construct the system of harmonious railways, effectively alleviating the national railway transport capacity and transport demand of social contradiction. Active participation in the social capital, is greatly make up for the deficiency of the national railway construction fund, the construction of joint-venture railways become the important way to raise construction fund and accelerate the development of railway. But in reality, more than70%of the joint venture railways companys are losing money, business is bad,financing difficulties, and other problems. To improve the performance of joint venture railways is imminent.The paper has selected Guangshen Railway Company as a study object, reasons has two aspects:one is the company itself also appeared a declining performance issues, to analyze its in order to find the root of the problem; Two is company as a good operating performance of listed companies, through correlation analysis, we can provide experience for the development of other joint venture railways companys. The paper collected the company annual reports data on corporate finance from2009to2013, using the case method, combining theory with practice analysis, comparative analysis, adopting the implementing rules for the central enterprise integrated performance evaluation and other documents stipulated the basic content and methods, evaluation to the management performance of Guangshen Railway Company, analyzes its existing problems, and put forward the improvement proposal.The comprehensive analysis shows that, in view of the analyzing result, this paper puts forward some reference suggestions, and hope to help improving company performance in the future, at the same time provide references for the railway transport firms. |
