Research On The Social Responsibility Of The National Electric Power Enterprise’s Technology Production And Application

This paper researches the problem of national electric power enterprise’s socialresponsibility. The national electric power enterprise plays an important in domesticeconomy. It takes the responsibility of providing resource basis for nationaldevelopment of economy and society, keeping economic security running and the asteady social development. The electric power enterprise has big size and wideeconomic range. It is not only the important main body in economic aspect, but themain part of taking social responsibility. Therefore, it must get concept of socialresponsibility in its development to ensure the enterprise’s development.The key of making enterprise take its social responsibility is treating the socialvalue of electric power technology in a proper way. It includes developing positivevalues and decreasing negative values. The core characteristic of the electric powerenterprise is the production and application of electric power technology. The powertechnology includes power production, transmission and application, three basiclinks. Each link has its unique dual social value, positive social values and negativesocial values. The practice of the electric power enterprise’s social responsibilitydepends on the positive and negative social values of electric power technology asbasis. It can be divided into the social responsibility in the producing process, in thetransmission and in process. From the view of the application of technology, thethree links are a unit. To realize its social responsibility, electric power enterpriseneeds to develop a systematic mechanism construction. Under the specificbackground of socialist market economy of our country, combining with the presentphenomenon of our enterprise society’s responsibility and the existed problems, theelectric power enterprise constructs social responsibility system, which is suitable toour country’s situation. According to relative research results of domestic and aboard enterprise’s socialresponsibility, the paper take “social value of technology” as theory to research thesocial responsibility problem in the process of national electric power enterprise’stechnology production and application. It concentrates to analyzes the positive valueand negative influence of our electric power technology in production, transmissionand application to highlight the crucial position of social value of electric powertechnology in electric power enterprise’s social responsibility. Moreover, it proposesnational electric power enterprise’s construction on realizing its social responsibility.
