Analysis On The Interaction Between Fixed Asset Investment And Technological Progress In Henan Province

China’s in the situation of large population, resource scarcity,the main way to to achieve sustained, rapid growth economic is to rely on scientific and technological progress, improving the utilization of limited production factors and output efficiency. With the development of the contemporary era, technology innovation and diffusion,as the main content of the technological progress,has become a core element of modern economic development and international competition, which is no exception for the purposes of economic development of a region.Fundamental issues need to be addressed in this article:Analysis of fixed asset investment and technological progress in Henan Province; establishment of labor remuneration model and investment value model in to study how does the impact of technological progress and fixed asset investment on economic growth; building of interaction model between fixed asset investment and technological progress; research key factors which impact the embodied technical change in Henan province.This article select the interaction between fixed asset investment and technological progress in Henan province as research object.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theory of coordinated development in the fixed asset investment and technological progress theoretically, including the relevant theoretical and empirical research. The description in this section has a universal significance. In the meantime, it includes the definitions of fixed asset investment, technological progress, embodied technical change and other related concepts, and introduces the research methods,presents evolution of embodied technical change, as well as reflects the role of technological progress on economic growth.The second part is empirical research in Henan’s economic growth, starting from the distribution theory and the symbiotic theory, we establish a labor remuneration model and investment value model, and thus derive the economic growth model in Henan Province, and estimate the contribution rates of production elements to economic growth,such as fixed fixed asset investment, science and technology investment, human capital, capital stock and so on. The third part is empirical analysis of the dynamic fusion between fixed asset investment and technological progress---he interaction model, and analysis of influencing factors in embodied technical change. Finally, according to the results of this study, combining with the economic development in Henan Province, we put forward valuable countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of economic growth and choose an effective path for technological progress.
