Study On The System Construction Of Economic Evaluation Of QSY’ S Electric Locomotive

Generally speaking, the project economic evaluation is in the project feasibility study stage and after the completion of the project on the economic benefits of the project economic feasibility and project evaluation, in order to make decision or evaluation of the project quality. Taking QSY’s electric locomotive company projects as the carrier, with economic benefit evaluation of electric locomotive project for the purpose of constructing the economic evaluation system of electric locomotive project, and application of the evaluation system for the economic evaluation of project of electric locomotive. Electric locomotive project is the first project the company entered this field, QSY machine company hopes to solve the economic evaluation of enterprise project shortage problem through the implementation of the project, which is also an important reason for the topic of this paper.This research, launches the concrete characteristics mainly focus on economic evaluation of the level of enterprise project and the present situation of enterprise project. Because the enterprise lack of economic evaluation system and method of mature projects, failed to carry out economic evaluation of science research projects before electric locomotive. So the research process of this paper include several theoretical framework design, economic evaluation system construction and economic evaluation. The theoretical framework is to build the framework design of electric locomotive project economic evaluation, economic evaluation system construction is to build the main module of economic evaluation mainly includes the analysis, project economic factors of project economic indicator calculation and project uncertainty analysis of three modules. Economic factors of electric locomotive project analysis module, analysis of major investment and revenue elements; computation module of economic indicators, the main economic element analysis results applied to economic indicators, through economic calculation and evaluation indicators of the electric locomotive project economic feasibility and profitability of the project; the module of analysis uncertainty, mainly for the balance point of profit and loss analysis and sensitivity analysis, the project evaluation of ability to adapt to the market, to find out the sensitive factors affecting the economic benefits of the project.The object of this paper is the electric locomotive project, finally has carried on the analysis and economic evaluation of project of electric locomotive, and draws a conclusion that the project economic evaluation conclusion. The study, using a combination of theory and practice way of project economic evaluation, but also verifies the validity of the economic evaluation system and evaluation method established in this thesis, this system makes up the shortage of economic evaluation method of QSY’s project, has certain reference meanings to the QSY machine company of economy in the future similar projects analysis.
