Research On Innovation Funds Captial Structure Evaluation And Its Optimization Strategy Of Biopharmaceutical Enterprises

Innovation is the key to the development of biopharmaceutical enterprises, and innovation ability of biopharmaceutical enterprises need to acquire a large number of innovation funds support, due to enterprises innovation funds demand is different in different life cycle, so innovation funds financing ways and means id different. The biopharmaceutical enterprises have the characteristics of high investment, high-risk, high-yield, and innovation funds consitution and its proportional relationship constitute enterprise innovation funds capital structur, which requires to optimize innovative funds capital structure of the biopharmaceutical enterprises, through capital structure optimization to solve the financing problem, it is very important to the management and development of biopharmaceutical enterprises.This paper analysis innovation funds need in different life cycle according to the characteristics of biological pharmaceutical enterprise, and analysis the present situation of innovation funds financing and capital structure influencing factors, because the financing scale, financing cost and financing risk of different financing means exist difference,and the innovation function for the enterprises is different, so this paper build the relationship identify structural equation model of financing means and innovation performance, providing a method to accurately reveal the relationship between innovation capital financing and innovation performance, it is beneficial for biopharmaceutical enterprises to choose innovation funds financing means reasonable and improve the innovation performance. Through analyzing interaction between financing means and innovation performance as well as financing means, using fractal evaluation method to determine the optimal capital structure, and put forward the corresponding capital structure optimization strategy, providing a basis for biopharmaceutical enterprise to determine innovation funds capital structure reasonable. This study is benefitial for biopharmaceutical enterprise to improve innovation ability and financing level, there is a great significance for enterprises to optimize the innovation funds capital structure, improve innovation performance, realize enterprise value maximum, and to promote enterprise’s sustainable development.
