With the rapid development of Chinese airlines’ e-commerce sales channel,electronic sales orders have increased year by year. The more the guests consumeonline, the more the electronic commerce and service industry prosper. However,revenue settlement for airline e-commerce lacks of liquidation management, andlong-term control lax inhibits the recycling of electronic sales, resulting in thedeclining of turnover rate of accounts receivable. Accounts receivable imbalanceincreases year by year, and there is a large amount of bad debts, which is a threat toaviation company interests. This paper is based on the facts that airline passengerrevenue settlement departments attach much to ticket and bill management, but paylittle attention to fund settlement, summarizes the problems in the specific work,finds out the basic reason, combines with the theory, gives some good suggestions onthe technical, financial, supervision and network security level.This paper focuses on the following aspects of e-commerce fund management:to begin with, it introduces the basic knowledge of airline revenue settlement, thebasic concept of Electronic Tickets and the third party payment framework, so thatthe readers have a preliminary understanding of this paper. Furthermore, it exposesthe problems of Chinese airlines’ settlement management of electronic commerce:the capital and product management is weak, unclear responsibilities; accountingmanagement weakening, despise aging analysis; varying quality of electronic data,the lack of standardization of control; settlement management does not pay attentionto funds control; credit card fraud has increased year by year. Then it gives thein-depth analysis of reasons behind the problems: airlines settlement concepts behindthe pace of the rapid spread of e-commerce and online financial information; theentire aviation industry is in the environment of lack of supervision of large financial;online consumer insecurity, online financial privacy exposes problems; legalprotection of electronic payment exposes weakness. The last but not the least, itgives suggestions and countermeasures in terms of technology, account, financialsupervision, risk control and online payment security.The innovation of this article mainly in two aspects: one is that it issystematically summarized the workflow of the e-commerce airline passengerrevenue settlement; the other is that it points out that the electronic and automaticsystem is the basic of the management for e-commerce revenue, and what’s more italso gives constructive suggestions on network financial supervision, risk controland online payment information security level.
