The sustained and rapid economic growth brings human society varied andabundant electrical appliances, and the government’s subsidies also promote thepopularity of home appliance products. Electrical appliances update rapidly with theadvancement of technology. At the same time, a large number of scrap homeappliances without effective recycling processing, have caused serious damage to theliving environment and tremendous waste of reusable resources. With the in-depthresearch on the problem of waste products recycling both at home and abroad, appliance enterprises have realized the importance of recovery management, puttingit into the long-term development planning.Based on the background above, the dissertation analyzes and designs theestablishment of closed-loop logistics network, following the research route oftheoretical summary、raising the question、model analysis and building、summaryand scope. The main works of this paper are as follows:(1)Under the analysis of the existing literature, the dissertation summarizes thestudy of discarded products both at home and abroad, including returned logisticsnetwork construction、location model、model solving. Through the analysis ofclosed-loop logistics theory and home appliances recycling, manufacturingenterprises can choose three different recovery modes to carry out management work:building the returned logistics network on its own、joint operation、third-partyrecycling. Enterprises which are carrying out recycling of waste products shouldselect the most favorable recovery mode according to its scale and strategic targets(2)The dissertation considers that manufacturing enterprises build the returnedclosed-loop logistics network on its own; establishes a multi-objective locationmodel for the reclamation and recycling of scrap home appliances, includingdistribution centers, retailers and collection centers. The model is built to locatedistribution centers and collection centers, with constraints of minimizing the totaleconomic cost and maximizing customer responsiveness. By comparing different location optimization methods, the particle swarm optimization algorithm combinedwith the penalty function method is adopted. The constraint conditions areapproximated gradually to find the feasible and optimum solutions.By integrating current related research results, this paper builds a correspondingmodel and makes analysis on it. The results can provide some theoretical andimplementation reference for the home appliances recycling of the future.
