Study on strategic management has been a topic of concern, for an enterprise, the corebusiness strategy is the direction of the whole enterprise, and enterprise strategy is to decidethe business activities of enterprises an important factor in the success of the enterprise, canrealize the efficient operation of the system, can realize the goal of sustainable developmentand social responsibility into account, the key lies in the enterprise strategic direction isaccurate, clear.The product strategy is a pointer to the enterprise’s own characteristics, analysis of theinternal and external form, for a combination of enterprise future products, product launch andstrategic planning rhythm. Develop enterprise product strategy to fully consider the enterpriseoverall strategy, and the development trend of product market and demand, considering thedevelopment of the enterprise itself, to develop future product strategy and implementationplan for a period of time.
