We found that, even if you have the best products, strong marketing, excellent sales team and a reasonable price, but not an advanced channel strategy and network, still cannot make you achieve your desired height in the market, get the desired market share.Rubbermaid as one of clean industry the world’s leading brands, in order to open up and good service Chinese market, in the fourth quarter of2012Asia Pacific headquarters moved from Hongkong to Shanghai, and decided to set up a logistics center in Shanghai, Baoshan District, to change the business model. This paper tries to systematically on Rubbermaid distribution network in the construction and management of China area for further study, in order to be able to discover in the research of the existing problems, analyze and solve problems, study the relative scientific and practical choice and management of distribution network, to find a distribution channel for their own situation.
