Electrical engineering projects in the sub-project is a very important part. As the electrical sub-project investment large, long duration in the project implementation process more unpredictable factors that will affect the implementation of the project, but also a variety of ways to increase the risk of the project, so electrical sub-project is also a high-risk process. For the electrical sub-project risk management becomes particularly important.In this paper, for domestic and foreign risk, risk management, research results were sufficient theoretical study, based on the electrical sub-project through the whole process of risk management, research and discussion in conjunction with various electrical sub-contractors and project-specific implementation of the conduct in-depth argument put forward against our electrical sub-sub-project of a unique set of risk management theory, to achieve a more viable risk management design methodology.Structure of the main text is divided into the following five sections:The first part of this article Introduction section. Made to the full text of a general introduction.This article describes the second part of the project risk management theory, introduced the theory of risk management, production, development and evolution, and set out risk management in project management research value and methods of analysis, construction, project risk mitigation, risk transfer, risk retention, risk diversification and risk aversion and so on, illustrates the significance of risk management.Part III of this article is divided into electrical sub-project risk management theory’s understanding and application. The article first of the electrical sub-project risk identification, analysis and evaluation of an overview, description of risk analysis and assessment of the theoretical basis for analysis and evaluation demonstrated the role of, and risk analysis and evaluation of the steps is described. Then the article describes the electrical sub-project risk analysis and evaluation methods.Part IV of this article with Lemon electrical sub-project will be to explain the electrical sub-project risk management theory in the concrete application of the actual project which shows the electrical sub-project risk management an important role.Part V of this article is the conclusion and prospects. By using the preceding method of risk analysis and assessment of theory, summarized in the electrical sub-project risk management to achieve a certain effective, which illustrates the significance of this research project, a unique and important value.
