Personal financial service is to provide financial services to individual customers by commercial banks. As the living standard and income of Chinese people rising, their consumption patterns is also changing.The rapid and steady economic growth of our country will take an inevitable result that demand for personal financial service of resident individuals will be increasingly strong. At present, our country’s money market has already transferred present’s buyers’market many to seller’s markets, the commercial bank operational mechanism started with the international convention trail connection, individual customer financial service quality becomes the survival and the development key of our country’s commercial bank. Individual customer financial service plan work had reflected the overall level of a bank providing the financial service to high-end individual customer ability. Facing more and more intense profession competition and the very rare market opportunity, the high level financial service plan will often play the noticeable role in future management and the development.According to the service and the management of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China(ICBC) at present, this article faces the question which in view of the current individual financial service certain urgently awaits to be solved, and faces the customer demand and the market requirement, has conducted the thorough research and the discussion to the following several questions:(1) In view of the present individual financial expense market, the multianalysis the customer demand and the market requirement which personal financial service must face. Detailed quite domestic, outside commercial bank difference, elaborated that carries out individual financial service plan the goal and the significance.(2) Through domestic and foreign massive literature, research and analysis current banking financial service plan connotation, type, necessity and feasibility. (3) By investigating and studying on the spot, search the financial bank insufficiency at present which exists in individual financial service work.
