Research On The Technology Synergy Effects In Technology Alliance

Technology Alliance, which characterized by increasing the core knowledge through using external technical resources, is a dynamic alliance in a special form. And traced, the original intention of the technology alliance is to obtain synergies. There is no complete and comprehensive evaluation model system for the technology synergies which formed by technical alliance, so it is necessary to establish a scientific and perfect synergy of technology alliance Technology evaluation system.The first, this paper get involved in the technology synergies of alliance such as the research background, research methods and techniques for simple narrative line. And then define the concepts of relating in this concept, including technology alliances, synergy, technology to define the concepts of synergy and summed up the theory of the field of technology alliances. on the basis of summarizing about the technology synergies of technology alliance, summarized a set of technical synergies index system of technology alliance. Through two rounds of expert discussion on the selection and rejection the index system of indicators,the questionnaire survey for the dimensions of the identified indicators, and through validation and reliability of the questionnaire design and testing results demonstrate the reliability,which further define the index system. AHP is used by determined the index weight of the technology synergies of alliance, and ultimately determine the synergistic effect of technology evaluation model. Finally, through A&B technology alliance as an example, demonstrate and use the results of this research, and give feasible suggestion for A&B technical alliance.
