Enterprise Research And Development Pattern And The Relationship Between It And The Innovation Performance

With the rapid development of economy and technology globalization process and technical complexity, enterprises in order to get a technical progress must constantly innovate. But, the enterprise own internal research and development ability alone is difficult to keep up with the pace of technological innovation, seeking external technological resources support and cooperation is becoming the important strategy of enterprises to enhance competitive advantage and market position. More and more enterprises begin to put some of the important business advantages partially or completely to external resources of organization, form a new mode of value creation. Enterprise development mode has breakthrough the original enterprise boundaries, to the external penetration and development. Due to the uncertainty of future earnings, shorter life cycle and high risk of sunk cost, research and development of strategic management and even became the most important factor to affect the enterprise survival.Based on the literature research to the first enterprise development pattern classification, and analyze which factors will affect the enterprise research and development mode of strategic choice. Perspective and then integrated technology, service and financial perspective put forward the measures of commerce innovation performance, and the analysis of enterprise which research and development activities will improve the innovation performance of enterprises, on this basis, construct the theoretical model of the article. To test these hypotheses, this article selects manufacturing enterprises in zhejiang province as the research object, on the survey of more than300enterprises, and of the effective data collected by SPSS19.0 descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to study and put forward the assumption of model validation. In the process of empirical analysis, further validation and negative assumptions made assumptions model correction and refinement, the result was a series of conclusions are as follows:From the perspective of research and development, enterprise development pattern can be divided into research and development of internal and external research and development, including external research, including research and development and the cooperation development, the internal and external research and development have a positive impact on enterprise’s innovation performance;Second, there is a complementary relationship between the internal and external R&D, complementarity means when companies at the same time using innovation strategy of research and development of internal and external research and development, than alone choose internal research and development strategy of innovation output is higher; Third, the choice of the enterprise development strategy model is subject to the enterprise characteristics on enterprise scale, high skills employees, enterprise’s technical level, government policy and market barriers, the influence of these factors in different environments or characteristics of different enterprise development mode of the emphasis of the strategy are also different. Fourth, the differences between enterprises such as enterprise scale, highly skilled staff, technical level and government funding will also affect the innovation performance of the enterprise.Finally, on the basis of the theoretical model and empirical analysis, the management of the research conclusion to discuss and put forward should be enlightenment and suggestions, and points out the deficiency of this study and the prospect of future research.
