Abstract/Summary:
As the rapid development of market economy and diversity of customers’ requirements, supply chain system which integrates the node enterprises and their crucial operation flow has received widespread attention and its operating level has also influenced directly on the effect of supply chain management. Effective supply chain management can help supply chain enterprises adjust the management policies dynamically and may realize the maximization of enterprises’ value. Due to customers’ changing requirements, rising price of raw materials and lead time, supply chain system is nonlinear. Furthermore, robust control theory, which has considered about uncertainties of controlled objects, is especially suitable for analyzing and controlling the nonlinear supply chain system, because it can restrain the uncertainties and guarantee the stabilization of operating process. Then it is clear that studying the operating process of nonlinear supply chain system and researching fuzzy robust H∞method may not only relief large fluctuation induced by lead-time, uncertain parameters and customers’ requirements, but also enhance the competitiveness of supply chain enterprises.From the viewpoint of nonlinear supply chain system, this dissertation studies its operating process influenced by lead-time, uncertain parameters and customers’ requirements. Then it designs a method of fuzzy robust H∞control so that it could restrain large fluctuation. The main research work includes:(1) This dissertation discusses the operating process of nonlinear supply chain system with uncertain parameters and customers’ requirements. Firstly, based on the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy control system, we formulate a T-S fuzzy model. Then a new fuzzy robust control method is proposed and the viability is validated.(2) Considering about the influence of nonlinear supply chain system caused by lead-time and customers’ requirements, the T-S fuzzy model of nonlinear supply chain is proposed. Based on robust control theory, a new fuzzy robust H∞method is given to restrain large fluctuation. Then an example is analyzed to illustrate the effectiveness.(3) For the operating process of nonlinear supply chain with lead-time, uncertain parameters and customers’ requirements, a T-S fuzzy model of nonlinear supply chain system is established. Additionally, to guarantee the stability, a new fuzzy robust H∝method is obtained. In numerical example, the conclusion is proved to be valid.
