With the20-year rapid development, Chinese telecom industry has gained theremarkable achievements.From the analog network to digital network,from the2nd-Generation to3rd-Generation and the upcoming4th-Generation,with marketcompetition unceasingly deepening, the whole industry has walked into a matureperiod, the overall market shows a high penetration staten and a slowing growth. Withthree operators to change the competitive landscape in the core market, customeracquisition and retention operators become the winning point more stable marketshare. According to the " Pareto principle", the core customer stability will bring amore stable income support to operators. Therefore, good service and maintenancework of core customers will become an important guarantee for the development ofenterprises. Because the cluster core customer is more complex, customercharacteristics are more scattered, analysis and a more detailed study also need toservice and maintenance work of core customers. At the same time, based on theimportant position in the enterprise’s core customers, core customer research tomaintain system imminent.This paper first reviews the theory of project management related theory andbasic communication industry marketing strategy research. Then according to theproject management process, first through questionnaires and telephone interviews,survey the demand situation of Fuzhou Mobile Corporation’s core customers, thefurther implementation of the quality plan of the project, combining the research dataand internal data analysis, from the analysis of the problems of Fuzhou MobileCorporation’s core customer marketing and to maintain the status quo and existingmarketing strategy, brand, product, customer maintenance, the maintenance of publicrelations and information construction and other aspects, summarizes theachievements and the existing problems. Finally, on the basis of the above study,proposed the plan, the implementation of project management theory of the FuzhouMobile Corporation’s core customer maintenance based on the specific project projectmanagement service system and promote the implementation of industrial projects,argues that from the marketing strategy, in order to "brand strategy","differentiatedmarketing strategy" as the main line in the mobile products, price, service andmaintenance system, promotion, information construction and other aspects of thecore customer maintenance project, in order to improve the market competitiveness ofFuzhou Mobile Corporation in the core customer groups. Therefore, I hope that thisstudy can promote has certain reference and reference Fuzhou Mobile Corporation’score customer market maintenance work.
