Human capital pricing is an effective measurement of human capital value. The value of human capital always maintains fluctuant because of its particularity. Therefore the human capital pricing is a constantly adjusting process according to the changes of human capital value. Pricing the human capital based on the job performance, this paper has revised the process of the human capital pricing.The research in this paper focuses on the measurement of enterprise human capital value. Based on the theory of the current value of human capital and the conception of the human capital pricing process, this paper builds the model of enterprise human capital pricing based on the job performance. This model contains three main indexes, namely individual job performance influencing factor index, department performance level index and post adjustment index. The questionnaire about the individual job performance influencing factors at the performance pricing process of human capital is designed. And build the influencing factor index system of individual job performance by the means of SPSS analysis. This index system includes work identity, job burnout, the sense of job responsibility, the work attitude adjustment, work principle and the workload. The evaluation norm and method is fixed to get the index value. At the same time, the key performance indicators of different department are listed to get the value of department performance level index. Finally the pricing model is applied into the enterprise to check the applicability of the model though empirical research.On the basis of amounts of investigation and research, this paper analyzes the human capital pricing based on the job performance in the enterprise. As the pricing of the human capital is a totally complete process, other pricing phases still need further research.
