The Research On The Problem Of Administrative Units Accounting Informatization Based On Cloud Computing

Accounting informatization is the product of accounting and information technology, is a new requirement of information society put on administrative units’ accounting informatization management, is the response that administrative unit have made to conform to the accounting informatization wave. Throughout the course of development of accounting informatization in China, although the function of accounting information system more and more powerful, application is more and more popular, but from an overall point of view, accounting informatization in our administrative units are still in the primary stage, there are still many problems to be solved. As the technology used in accounting information systems becomes more advanced, both system development, or management and maintenance put forward higher requirements to the level of technical personnel, construction and operation and maintenance costs are also becoming increasingly difficult to control. It is in this context, the cloud computing is introduced to the construction of accounting informatization of administrative unit, in order to enable the administrative unit achieved a relatively low cost accounting informatization.This paper mainly adopts normative research method, literature research method and case analysis method. Based on the related theories of cloud-based accounting informatization, to explain the necessity and the feasibility of administrative units accounting informatization based on cloud computing. Then built a model for administrative units accounting informatization based on cloud computing, clarifies the objective and principle of construction, conduct the platform design at the same time. Finally, use a practical application case to illustrate the application of cloud-based accounting informatization in the administrative units. In accordance with the gradual implementation of pre-designed processes, cloud computing in the final results of administrative units in the application of accounting informatization is feasible.
