As the continuous development of the economy and e-commerce, the logisticsdistribution develops continuously. But sudden distribution delay phenomenon causedby transportation network overload operation, traffic accidents, frequent naturaldisasters are more and more frequent, these distribution delays are often unpredictableand inevitable, they often bring disturbance to the main participants and wholedistribution system. Now, more and more researchers used main participants’behavio-ral variables for logistics distribution disruption recovery researchs, which improvesthe subject’ satisfaction and reduces the disturbance on the distribution system, toresearch logistics distribution disruption management research under behaviormanagement has a strong theoretical significance, meanwhile it also has an importantmeaning to the logistics enterprises. The paper firstly introduces the research background and significance, andsummarizes the domestic and foreign study situation about behavior operationsresearch and logistics distribution disruption management, and then expounds thebasic theory of behavior operations, logistics distribution and disruption management.Secondly, describes the logistics distribution disruption management problem simply, fuerhermore for the interference factor of distribution delay to build a multi-objectivemathematical programming model in the four aspects of the customer satisfaction, vehicle drivers’ satisfaction, the enterprise cost and customer future choose loss cost.Thirdly discusses the genetic algorithm and multi-objective optimization problemrespectively, gives the steps of solving multi-objective problem with genetic algorithm; Finally combining with Yunda logistics company establishes disruption managementmodel under distribution delay, compares the disruption management results withrescheduling results, validates the feasibility and validity of disruption managementand puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve its ability ofdisruption management.
