In2011, China Telecom put forward "optical city, wide band China" slogan, the FTTH/O business has shown a rapid growth,and the number of broadband users; especially in the city area, broadband installation has fast become rigid demand, along with the increase of broadband users, for China Telecom installtion and maintenance work has brought unprecedented pressure, service equipment maintenance is more and more obvious, China telecom management departments at all levels are in try various devices to find a solution to the problem.This article is combined with the actual situation of Kuitun Telecom local network, through survey and Study on the working mode of QC, using the JIT(just in time) standard working hours, QC, organizational behavior theory as the foundation, Kuitun telecom company, analyses the problems, find a solution to the problem; through the verification time, obtained better result, installed wiki customer service has improved a lot, think to have certain copy the value of promotion.
