Problem And Countermeasure Of Chinese Enterprise’s Direct Investment In Kazakhstan

As a friendly neighbor of China-Kazakhstan has abundant natural resources and industrial structure,so in order to accelerate the pace of cross-border cooperation and global trade process,in recent years, China was increasing direct investment in Kazakhstan,also achieved good results,promoted the economic development of Kazakhstan,and contribute to the construction of China’s trade economy.China mainly uses the way of acquisitions or joint stock companies with direct investment to the oil fields in Kazakhstan.Here we will discuss on the status of direct investment and related issues and bilateral cooperation,and according to a typical case of Chinese government direct investment--acquired PK company,to analyze the problem and the investment results of the Chinese government in investment process in recent years,I think that the current task of Kazakhstan is a comprehensive reform to Foreign Investment Policy,urgent need for the development of national industry to increase the intensity of favorable policy to foreign investors,supporting direct investment projects related industries,protecting safe and reliable investment environment.So on the basis of effective investment,China should focus on the choice of investment region and industry,to broaden the investment channels, etc.Its role to economic and trade development of China can not be ignored.
