In the field of architecture,DBB(Design-Bid-Build),CM(Construction Management) andDB(Design-Build) are the most commonly used three kinds of project delivery methods.However, with the complex and large-scale development of construction projects, constructionindustry is developing towards the direction of specialization and integration, traditionalproject delivery models are unable to meet the needs and challenges of the constructionindustry.In order to promote the integration of personnel in the construction industry andoptimize the effect of design, and integrate the process of design and construction so as toreduce the construction cost and meet the challenges of the international construction projects,the new project delivery method of IPD(Integrated Project Delivery) appears along with thedevelopment of lean construction. And it gradually attracts more and more attention of theinsiders. Thus it can be seen that the appearance and development of the new project deliverymethod is the inevitable trend of the development of construction industry. So in order toensure the smooth development and effect of it, the research of team incentive problems inIPD mode is very necessary.The main research content is as following:Firstly,summing up all the definitions of IPDput forward by the relevant professional organizations abroad,respectively analyzing thecharacteristics of IPD in different definitions, and summarizing the main characteristics of IPDmode different from traditional project delivery models.2.Secondly,investigating and studyingthe specific terms of the four most commonly used contract types of IPD mode,and comparingthe main differences among the four types of contracts in decision-making, target cost,compensation, change and risk sharing.Thirdly,summing up the six key success factors of IPDthrough reviewing literature,they respectively are the contract form, organizational structure, organizational culture, lean construction, building information model (BIM) and otherauxiliary factor.And giving a detailed analysis for each factor, has layed the foundation forbuilding incentive mechanism in the following.Fourthly,building the mathematical model ofalliance interests distribution according to the basic principle of "risk-sharing, benefit sharing"in the IPD mode,and analyzing the model by calculation example analysis to verify thefeasibility of the model.Finally, on the basis of above research, constructing the team incentivemechanism of IPD mode, mainly including "risk-sharing, benefit-sharing" mechanism, goalmechanism, performance evaluation and management mechanism, contract mechanism, andrespectively analyzing the the basic principles and main contents of the incentive mechanism.Providing certain theoretical guidance for effective cooperation among teams of IPD.
