Construction And Application Of "a N Type" Digital Audit Platform

The informatization of government audit is an imperative revolution.All kinds ofinformatized technology has been universally used and diffused in audit,bringinggreat affect in the mode of mental and organization structure of the audit. In order tofit the developing need of the new situation of the informatization, according to thethird phase planning idea of Jinshen Construction of the Audit Bureau, on the basis ofthe analyzation of the current and upcoming situation of Jiangsu informatizationconstruction,Jiangsu Provincial Audit Office set the overall goal of “fourcompletely”audit informatization construction in2012,to be exactly,realizing thecompletely application of the audit information technology,realizing completelysharing of digitization audit resources,realizing the completely improving of the auditinformatization construction， realizing the completely developing of auditofficers’informatization quality.According to the third phrase of audit bureau’sJinshen Construction and Jiangsu Provincial Audit Office informatization project plan,in order to improving the level of audit informatization,strengthening the auditfunction of supervision, Suzhou Audit Bureau decided to co-work with the countybureau office to construct the digital audit platform in2013.In this essay, the overalldesign plan and functional module of the construction of the digital audit platformhave been discussed, and the new method of computer auditing based on the applyingof digital audit platform has been introduced with the example of local tax auditing.
