China’s motorcycle industry is booming in from the age of80, through the conversion, the introductionof foreign motorcycle project, after30years the rapid development, has become the first countrymotorcycle, motorcycle industry annual output value of100000000000yuan, is an important part ofChina’s manufacturing industry. In recent years, due to the domestic industrial policy, more and more city"motorcycles" or "restricted Moreton"; in the international market, due to domestic motorcycle ability islow, did not form a world brand, export volume continues to decline, profits continued to decrease.The main research contents of this paper, according to the MS company’s external environment andinternal environment, strategic planning for MS motorcycle enterprises, for the MS motorcycle enterpriseselection and design for market competition strategy, so as to ensure the MS motorcycle enterprises capableof continued growth in the fierce competition in the market. Through comprehensive analysis and researchof MS motorcycle enterprises, this paper thinks that the MS motorcycle enterprise should adopt thestrategy of transformation and upgrading, to deal with the MS motorcycle enterprises at the present marketenvironment, and lay a solid foundation for the company to create "a hundred years enterprise".This paper mainly studies the framework, MS is the first motorcycle enterprise current managementstrategy analysis, comprehensive and systematic analysis of their advantages and disadvantages as well asthe face of MS motorcycle enterprise’s external opportunities and threats, and then illustrates theimportance of the transformation and upgrading of the strategic choice MS motorcycle enterprises, throughempirical analysis on the design strategy, thus the transformation and upgrading the implementation of themeasures, and finally to upgrade the problems of strategic transformation are analyzed, and how to upgradesecurity detail transformation strategy, competitive strategy for MS motorcycle enterprises to design apractical and effective. The theoretical method mainly with SWOT analysis method, empirical analysismethod and enterprise concentric circle model theory.Through the study of this paper, show that the MS motorcycle enterprise to steady development,constantly transformation and upgrading strategy choice is a must. Strategic transformation and upgradingof the key lies in the improvement of MS motorcycle enterprise diversification plate, improve theproduction and refinement of management of lean, increase R&D strength, vigorously carry out personneltraining, realize the transformation and upgrading of MS motorcycle enterprise strategy.
