In this paper, a company in the west many years of production management practices in risk management lessons learned and other data for the study of the background, focus on project risk management issues do an in-depth analysis to oil seismic exploration in later the complex western region of oil seismic exploration and development project risk management process, proper risk management planning, comprehensively and seriously identify the various types of risks, supported by scientific research and analytical methods to identify the major and minor risk factors, monitor and control risks, so make the normal construction of project of oil seismic exploration is generated to minimize or eliminate. According to the risk of problems in the implementation of projects are made to speed up construction of HSE management system, improvement of project construction technology, improve project management level, introduce special equipment to adapt the work area environment and appropriate to avoid economic risks. The system risk management research plays an effective role in guiding the risk prevention and monitoring for the western protects of a company, and provides a reference for the risk management of the complex western region construction of oil seismic exploration companies.
