Small and micro enterprises is playing an increasingly important role in the development of national economy, which has become the backbone of alleviating employment pressure, promoting the adjustment of economic structure innovation science and technology. In order to impel policy requirements of the state and supervision departments for supporting small and micro enterprises, also for the need of the development, N Bank H branch constant innovates financial service mode, designs financial products for Small and micro enterprises, simplifies loan procedures, formulates differentiated credit policy to solve the problem of small and micro enterprises on financing. But when the business constantly improving, which put forward higher requirements on the bank’s credit risk management. Therefore the selection of micro-loan risk management as a thesis topic, it has theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, I reference to the domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of the theory of micro-loan risk management, and take H Bank branch as an example, at first,I introduce the development situation and the current risk of the micro-loan business. It can be seen that, the N Bank of H branch of small and micro enterprises loan business develop well. But the risk of the pressure control is also gradually increasing. Then I expound the measures and achievements for N Bank of H branch on the micro-loan risk, the loan risk management still exist many problems. I analyzed these issues in detail.
