A Study Of Small And Medium Sized Foreign Trade Companies’ Financing Problems

By the end of 2012, there have been more than 13 million small and medium-sized enterprises registering in China’s industrial and commercial administrations across the country. These small and medium-sized enterprises have created more than 80% of employment,60% of GDP and 50% of revenue in our country, and played an important role in the national economy. But almost every small and medium-sized enterprise has been faced the financing difficulty for a long time.In recent years, China has taken various measures to solve the problem with financing of the small and medium-sized enterprises, such as the system building of the government departments and the innovation of the bank and other service industry financing products.Although this problem has been alleviated to a certain extent, but there are still the majority of the small and medium-sized enterprises, especially the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, who are restricted by financing problems,and difficult to develop and to enter the international market. This paper takes the enterprise as the research subject, and takes the financing difficulty of the small and medium-sized enterprises as the breakthrough point to analyzes the present situation and characteristics of financing of the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in our country. And in order to alleviate the financing difficulty of the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in our country, and improve the market competitiveness of the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions to solve financing problem of the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, by analyzing the reasons of financing difficulty from two aspects of SMEs themselves and the environment, andcombining with the advanced experience of developed countries in promoting the development of the SMEs. So, the study in this dissertation is of important theoretical value and practical significance to the development of the SMEs in international trade business.
