The 21st century is an era of knowledge economy, and also a humanistic management age. We all know that human resource is the first resource and talent resource is the most valuable resource in the human resources. As the carrier of advanced management knowledge and professional skills, talents and their contribution and value are continue to be recognized by enterprises. To attract, retain and motivate talents gradually become the key for the enterprise human resources management. As the continuous activation and development of enterprises, China has achieved marked progress in economic and social development after the implementation of reform and opening-up policy. In situation that issue concerning agriculture, Countryside and farmers, and the function of small and micro enterprises in national economy are stressed, with the close relationship of the agricultural production and as a special part of small and micro enterprises, the healthy development of agriculture-related small and micro enterprises has important significance for promoting the growth of our national economy, easing the employment situation and the stability of the society.This article comes from the Agriculture-related small and micro enterprises in Rongshui County which is located in Liuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. First of all, according to the need, I, the author defined the concept of small agriculture enterprise and talent management. The author also systematically expounded the existing relevant personnel management theory and the results of the present practice. According to the interview result, questionnaire survey, and data collecting, the author summarized the agriculture-related small and micro enterprises in Rongshui County agriculture development and talent management status. Then, the author summarized the existing state of agriculture-related small and micro enterprises in Rongshui County, and then analyzed the problems and the causes of talent management from the aspects of talent acquisition, development, retention, turnover management and the support by government and society. Finally, the author also thought of what kind of measures the enterprises, the government and the society should take about the improvement of Rongshui agriculture-related small and micro enterprises and talent management, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. I hope they can provide some references to the improvement of the agriculture-related small and micro enterprises and talent managements of the region, even the country.
