Nowadays,society enter the information age, IT industry has become to the most p otential industry,and is also the technological innovation and the most competitive indus try.As an important part in the private enterprise IT industry, how to develop continuous ly in the fierce competition, improve the performance of enterprises,the key is that effici ent and high-quality staff. But there are serious problems of private IT companies in the management,ignoring the importance of internal marketing, the low staff loyalty, the la ck of staff motivation, the high employee turnover rate,search to the bottom,the reason i s the low staff satisfaction.Therefore, this dissertation studies of internal marketing and staff satisfaction, how to improve staff satisfaction from internal marketing,to reduce th e turnover rate, and improve business performance.This dissertation reviews the literatures about internal marketing and staff satisfacti on,and summarizes the concepts and dimensions of internal marketing and staff satisfact ion, divide the staff satisfaction by dimension,analyze the relationship between internal marketing dimensions and staff satisfaction dimensions,this is also an innovation of this dissertation and the key point,it is conducive for private IT managers to understand clea rly that the enterprise internal marketing strategy will be how to affect the specific aspec ts of staff satisfaction,it is convenient for managers to take targeted internal marketing s trategy so that to improve staff satisfaction. Through questionnaire survey for 266 employees in the private IT companies to collect relevant data for factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to conclude,internal marketing has significantly positive effect on staff satisfaction in private IT companies, internal marketing dimensions of each component have different effects on staff satisfaction, impact descending order are internal product, internal promotion, internal price and the internal distribution, there exists a significant positive correlation between internal marketing dimensions and staff satisfaction.Based on the conclusion and analysis actuality of staff satisfaction for private IT companies, suggest that use strategy targeted to improve staff satisfaction, and improve business performance.
