Chinese economic growth has slowed down, and gradually entered the "transition" special period. The fourth quarter of 2014 GDP, compared to last year, decreased to 7.3% from 7.6% on year growth rate. While the average wage level according to the National Bureau of statistics released in 2014 Chinese residents income, the national average wage in 2014 of 20167 Yuan, up 10.1 percent over the previous year in the name, after deducting price factors, the actual growth of 8.0%. Different departments of the export enterprise, employee wage is generally much higher than the staff wages of the local enterprises (by the government to support state-owned enterprises excluded), become the industry leader. High wage level of the export enterprises in China with high productivity and rich management experience are inseparable, and the two specific mechanisms of enterprise may induce effect and self-selection effect for the export enterprise of learning. But the output of enterprise in proportion, to the size of whether to have an impact on the export enterprises export premium level? According to the structure of export products of our country’s special enterprises, it is necessary according to the different outlet density, classification of the export enterprises in China, and the export enterprises of different degree calculates premium outlet density, in order to promote the upgrading of the structure of our country to provide a theoretical basis of export industry and the export of products.This paper from the perspective of the above problems, based on heterogeneous firms trade theory, using firm level data from 2001 to 2009, first of all, the export wage premium phenomenon of every inspection for export enterprises exist; secondly, the self-selection mechanism of effect and export learning effect and contribution to the wage level of export enterprise; finally, according to the different outlet density of export enterprises, export inspection the size wage premium. The results found that:a higher wage level of enterprises due to self-selection effect and the preferred to enter the international market, and enhance the enterprise the level of wages in the export of learning effect. Export enterprises than the non-exporting enterprises of significant export premium. According to the export density, found that enterprises export premium level of export of high density is lower than that of domestic enterprises, and there is no learning effect.Finally, in the empirical basis, according to the industrial structure of Chinese export sector that upgrade, promote transformation and upgrading of processing trade rather than banning the processing trade, and put forward the following suggestions:first, to promote the processing trade, labor-intensive industries upgrade from low-end to high-end industry value chain link; the second is to promote the processing trade intensive and industry shifting from labor-intensive industry to high technology.
