To solve the "San Nong" issue is the most important task of our country, which cannot be achieved effectively without the support of funds. For the source of this fund, government financial support is the one hand, and rural financial support is essential to the other. Therefore, it is very urgent to research on the gap between supply and demand of rural financial products and to propose related innovative proposals for promoting rural economic development and better service to "San Nong".Wuchuan is a state-level poverty-stricken county which is one of four counties under the jurisdiction of Hohhot, and its major economic source is to rely on agricultural production. In order to promote the economic and social development of rural areas in Wuchuan County and to servre "San Nong" more effectively, the paper takes Wuchuan county "San Nong" demand for rural financial products and Wuchuan County rural financial institutions supports for "San Nong" as research targets to analyze, and it finds that some deficiencies in Wuchuan County rural financial products exist in the support of the "San Nong" development process. To solve these problems, the thesis uses case analysis method, to get inspiration from the relevant cases, and propose the following measures:first: to promote innovation in rural financial products to meet farmers’ diversified needs of financial products; second:actively innovate a variety of rural financial products; third: build a rural investment and financing system, and to promote innovation of financing products and rural economic development; fourth: to increase rural financial products and services marketing efforts; fifth: promoting construction of rural credit system.
