With the rapid development of our social economy, people income level and consumption level of individual increasing, especially in recent years, rapid increase in prices makes households balance of payments problems attracts more and more attention. Because family daily expenses rise rigidly, the family is the direct victim to high level inflation. Family financial management problems plagued family members.Banks play an important role in the family finance, if banks can see business opportunities behind these problems and develop a king of family financial management product, the problems of household income and expenditure will be solved, and banks will earn more profit for themselves. From the perspective of Bohai bank, this paper elaborates the basic concept of family financial managing card, design idea, innovation, and analyze condition to carry out the business of family financial card. Combining the Bohai bank situation of development.Family finance-market demand is great, but Bank failed to pay attention to the concept of family financial management, not realizing that this demand, resulting in a gap in the market. Family financial managing card aims at middle-income and low-income families, according to finance consumption characteristics of the target group, planning family income and expenditure, directing family payments and financing, selecting finance products more scientifically and efficiently.Financial service functions of family financial managing card are rich, not only including the traditional functions of debit card, but also increasing new functions in order to adapt to the daily life of the family, including multi linked accounts, funds collection and spending control,financial management, analysis of balance statistics, preferential activities of family service. The integration of all these financial functions makes family financial management become more easy and convenient, this paper makes a detailed explanation on the various functions.Family financial managing products can bring great benefits to the issuing bank, including an annual fee, the net interest income, value-added service charges, other service charges. Risks of family financial managing products divided into operational risk, market risk, credit risk, the issuing bank needs to formulate a complete internal control mechanism to deal with various risks.This article carries on the analysis according to the Kotler 4Ps marketing mix theory, namely through product, price,channel, promotion, the issuing bank can carry out the marketing plan. Through the comprehensive use of marketing strategy, the marketing objectives of family financial card can be ultimately realized.
