As an province with large e xport amount, Jiangsu Province is also China’s important labor intensive productsexport province. In Jiangsu province’s foreign trade and economy development h istory, labor intensive products export plays an irreplaceable role in solving the p roblem of employment, stimulating economic growth and so on many aspects.Fu rthermore, Jiangsu province has the natural conditions be richly endowed by natu re.Therefore,Jiangsu province get provincial government support in labor intensiv e products export.Along with the development of economy, labor intensive products export isfacing more and more problems. In China, the low-cost competitive strategy bec ause of the the rising labor costs in the international market is becoming increa singly difficult to continue exporting labor intensive products,and many foreign b usinessmen have to find new suppliers in Southeast Asia and even Europe back ward countries; In the world, China has played a "low-cost supplier" role for a l ong time in international market,therefore,the amount of trade friction and the an ti-dumping accusation is rising.
