Research On The Choice Of Industrial Technology Alliance Of Chinese New Energy Automobile

Because of the short time development and the high technical requirements, there are still many problems for the development of new energy vehicles. The key technology difficulties have not yet been solved, such as battery life, fast charging for pure electric vehicle; related infrastructure facilities are not well developed, such as construction problems of charging stations and charging pile, home charging voltage problems for individual users; consumer market is not big enough, the cost of purchase and use of new energy car are high. It is impossible for one single enterprise, university or research institute to overcome the problem of the development of new energy vehicles in the short term, therefore, the preferred scheme is the establishment of industrial technology alliance in the development of new energy vehicles.Based on the development of China’s traditional automotive industry and new energy automobile industry, to establish a perfect and effective technical alliance of new energy automotive industry is the way for our country to get rid of energy dependence, to realize economic development. But there are many problems in the development of technology alliance of new energy automotive industry. In order to achieve better and faster development, this paper is about to gives some suggestions and opinions on how to establish technical alliance of new energy automotive industry.First, this paper analyses the new energy automobile industry and industrial technology alliance, gives the clear scope of the study and research purpose. Second, by the study of some developed countries’ successful experience of industrial technical alliance, this paper sums up suggestions on the development of Chinese new energy automotive industry technical alliance. Then, the paper analyzes the factors that affect the choice of suitable industry technical alliance for China’s new energy automobile industry. And by the example of BYD Auto, the paper will intend to show the merge and importance of setting up suitable industry technical alliance. Last but not least, combined with the experiences of foreign countries, the paper gives suggestions on the new energy automotive industry alliance.
