Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of colleges and universities in China, the tourism resources there have been promoted considerably. Thus, the exploration of the tourism resources in colleges and universities becomes necessary and inevitable. College tourism, as a newly emerging branch in cultural tourism, is a combination of natural scenery and historical relics and heritage. College tourism, from the perspective of the prospect of tourism consumption market, will be largely demanded and is of great exploration value and development potential.However, as a newly emerging field in the tourism industry, college tourism inevitably has some problems and needs to be improved. As the market plays a more and more important role in the resources allocation, the development of tourism resources in colleges and universities is to be analyzed and improved from the perspective of marketing macroscopically and microcosmically due to its uniqueness and limitations, so that a systematic exploring system of college tourism can be set up. Otherwise, the economy-driven exploration and utilization will lead to a big loss that overweight the gain.This thesis firstly analyzes the state quo of exploration of tourism resources in colleges and universities, and then studies the college tourism as a commodity from the perspective of marketing for more strategic planning and superior developing mode. Accordingly, some reasonable suggestions are provided for the healthier development of exploration in tourism of colleges and universities.
