This article studies the rural regional economy development in hebei province shijiazhuang YuanShiXian condition, and combined with the status quo, put forward some measures to optimizing the regional economic development difference.The full text consists of three parts:the first part of the main related theories are reviewed and reiterated that combined with the features of rural regional economy development in shijiazhuang YuanShi, mainly discusses the regional disequilibrium growth theory, mainly including friedman’s center-periphery theory, the accumulation of muir darfur circular causality theory, inverted "U" shaped hypothesis, lu’s theory of growth pole, Hector seaman’s theory of unbalanced growth, to analyze the theory of regional unbalanced growth, etc.The second part, first of all, a brief introduction to shijiazhuang YuanShi area, again to YuanShi rural economic region to region, with three kinds of rural regional economy difference analysis, with instance, charts, and data related to regional differences in economic development present situation, studied and research carried out for several types of rural regional differences.The third part is the focus of this article, multiple perspectives, the one, resource conditions, two, location conditions, three, industrial structure, four, Labour conditions,5, technical conditions, analyzes the influence from five aspects of shijiazhuang YuanShi region rural regional economy development differences of various factors, and connecting with the actual, optimization measures are put forward.The fourth part is the conclusion, this paper puts forward the narrow shijiazhuang YuanShi rural regional economy difference.
