Study On The Innovation Of The Customs Supervision For The Processing Trade Under The New Media Environment

In recent decades, the sustainable development of processing trade has made great contribution to China’s economic growth and employment improvement, and have further attracted more foreign investment to enter the mainland market. However, due to domestic labor shortage, rising labor cost, etc., it is vital for the adjustment of the industrial structure as well as the transformation and upgrading of processing trade. At the same time, with the huge development of the new media in C hina, the number of Internet and mobile terminal users goes up quickly and more and more various applications and services have emerged. Weibo, We C hat, cloud computing, big data, etc., which have invaded all over our lives, have changed our life and work gradually. The dissemination way of new media as well as the widely enhanced consciousness of citizenship, have brought great challenges to conventional wisdom of public administration. If we can’t keep pace with the trend of the times in time, it will not only damage the public image of government, but will also affect the effectiveness and efficiency of practical work and further hinder the development of the society. As one of the administration enforcement agencies which competent processing trade, the Customs should satisfy the developing requirements of the enterprises under the double background of the new media developing rapidly and the transformation and upgrading of the processing trade, use the new media to optimize and innovate the supervision mode, ease the contradictions between the increasing volume of business and the shortage of human resources, for the fine and less management, for the sustainable development of the processing trade enterprises.In this paper, we aim to analyze the defects and problems in the current situation of processing trade of the Customs supervision mode, explore the feasibility of the innovation of the Customs supervision under the new media environment. And take My E-customs platform of the Suzhou Industrial Park Customs as a n example, has shown that the use of the new media technology can effectively simplify the regulatory process, enhance the supervision efficiency, ease the contradictions between the C ustoms and the enterprises on work. On this basis,further puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the innovation of the customs supervision of processing trade mode under the new media environment. The purpose is to help Suzhou Industrial Park Customs make full use of the great advantages of the new media, continuous reform and innovation of customs supervision mode, to safeguard and promote the sustainable development of processing trade enterprises.
