In this process, the development of private economy has played a vital role in the overall economic growth in Dongguan. It’s significant that the private enterprises in Dongguan has become a major force in the private economy. Taking the opportunity of the reform and opening-up policy, Dongguan government adjust its dustrial policy in time, taking fully adventage of its own geographical advantages and abundant labor resources. With all this effort, Dongguan has risen from an agricultural county without technology, talents and capitals to an industrial city with strong economic strength.
