P2P net loan (Peer-to-Peer Lending), which means point to point credit,is a "person to person" credit model. It comes from the combination of Internet and private lending. Both creditors and borrowers accomplish the whole business process through the network which is build by P2P, such as the loan application, date station, financial transaction, the contract and so on. Compared with the traditional private lending and the indirect financing that is leaded by commercial bank, P2P provides a speedy and efficient platform for our fund allocation, which promotes the development of domestic financial system powerfully. At present in our country, many P2P net loan platforms do not have the financial license. A number of P2P companies divert the fund without permission. They actually do what the bank should do. As a result, the risk spurts. In the next place, the lack of legal restriction and supervise has a negative effect on P2P. From the beginning of the second half of 2013, a lot of P2P platforms began to close down.It is urgent for us to find out a way to sum up and sort the risk. Therefore, this paper tries to measure the risk of P2P net loan platform through qualitative and empirical analysis with the help of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Then we can guard against the risk effectively and make a forecast of the P2P development.
