Study On Model Of LETV Ecosystem

As a new mean of enterprise research, the enterprise ecology has gotten more and more academic attention with the point of view analogized by ecology and system theory. On the other hand, video website has gradually become an important part of network media. China’s network media is experiencing the re-integration within the industry. Apart from the initial multiparty competition and confrontation, a new pattern of coalescence has gradually formed. Different from the vigorous development of the foreign network media, domestic enterprises are still in a dilemma, faced with many problems. As a listing Corporation, Letv has kept profit state in successive years. In the times of the integration of three networks and the interaction of multiply screens, Letv have launched Letv boxes and its super TV, opened a new terminal business areas while constructed a ecological system with complete value chain loop. As the Letv ecosystem in the enterprise competition has shown remarkable advantages and significant synergy effect, the ecological model significance has gone beyond the network media level, and can be extended to more space, the subversion and innovation of the cultural and creative enterprises’development. Therefore, in-depth study of the Letv ecosystem, analyzing its operation, evolution and putting forward the concrete application in the cultural and creative enterprises and also the uniform application pattern, that has important practical significance to promote the development of Chinese creative industry, In addition, the study of the external environment of ecology, how will the media ecological environment and big data environment affect its ecological system also has important significance. From a particular enterprise level, to explore the enterprise ecological system is rare. The current domestic research also lack of the deeply analysis on enterprise ecological system of creative industry and the application on enterprise level.First, we summarize related domestic and foreign literature and systematically review the research results of scholars at home or abroad on enterprise ecology, network media, media convergence and big data. Combined with Letv’s own characteristics and previous research conclusion, we put forward the research significance, research methods, research main content and innovation.Secondly, we clarify the Letv ecosystem layout. Based on the original operation model of enterprises ecological system, we modify the original model as the operation model of Letv ecosystem, combining the actual situation of Letv ecological operation. We design several paths to evaluate and analysis the status of the operation of Letv ecosystem. Next, this paper puts forward the evolution law of the Letv ecosystem, pointing out that the self-organization and environmental choice is internal and external mechanism in the ecological evolution. We explore the evolution process of Letv ecosystem, evolution analysis of mutational pathways each stage forms and system. According to the operation model, the ecological evolution law and mechanism of evolution we put forward the evolution direction of Letv ecology. Last part is concluding reference through the case study of foreign video service provider Netflix.Thirdly, this paper indicate the symbiotic behavior of Letv ecosystem and its mutual economic benefit. Using analysis of concrete case of three cultural and creative enterprises, we explore the specific application of Letv ecosystem in cultural and creative industry as an ecological path in the enterprise, and then extend it to an ecological uniform application model and its heterogeneity in the enterprise.Finally, from media ecological environment and big data environment perspective, we research the external environment of Letv ecosystem, and analyze the influence of the external environment.This paper aims at using the formed Letv ecology system as a reference object, providing theory basis and method promotion for the cultural and creative enterprises to set up, to operate, and to evolve their own ecosystems.
