To Study The Development Ability Of The New Generration Of Farmers In Guangxi

Construction and development of "three agriculture" are important parts of China’s agricultural modernization, completed the four modernizations, namely, industrial modernization, information, urbanization and agricultural modernization construction. Guangxi is located in the southwest China. Due to the limitation of capital, labors and technology, agricultural output is low, and the pearl river delta economic circle in the east, emerged a large number of new generation peasant labor force shift. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is introduction, which be stated mainly focused on the background of research questions, methods, train of thought, literature review at home and abroad. The second chapter and the third chapter are theoretical research parts, first of all, on the basis of related theory in new generation of farmers, They define the new generation of farmers and the relevant concepts, then combined with the "three rural" development in Guangxi province, the spot investigation and sample descriptive analysis according to the characteristics of the new generation of farmers in Guangxi province. Chapter 4 and chapter 5 are the quantitative research parts, firstly, design expert questionnaire through a large number of literature summary and combining with the characteristics of farmers in Guangxi province, establish a new generation of farmers in Guangxi province development capacity index system using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Then farmers in Guangxi province will be divided into the new generation and the old generation according to the time of birth,according to the new generation of farmers working time of the year could be divided into full-time workers, full-time farmers and part-time farming three parts. Thirdly, obtain generation on the new generation of farmers, old generation of farmers and three types of new generation farmers development ability level using the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method.Finally, through the vertical contrast on the new generation of farmers and old generation of farmers development ability level and the horizontal contrast on the three types of the horizontal contrast new generation farmers (full-time workers, full-time farmers and part-time farmers) level of evaluation conclude that new generation farmers ability is more better than traditional farmers development ability; Full-time workers in the new generation and full-time farmers development ability are more better than part-time farming development ability; Full-time workers and full-time farmers of new generation farmers development capacity were similar, and the seven index have an different influence on each type of farmers development ability by analytic hierarchy process. Chapter 8 is the conclusion and research needed to improve part, mainly puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion research for the conclusion of this paper and the defects and deficiencies research in this paper.
