In our e-commerce from the 1990 s, the development has only just ten years, has penetrated into all walks of life, has appeared in many mature business model.In 2010 Alex Rampell proposed O2 O concept,O2 O is an e-business model based on local living services which is e-business model based on local living services.It is different from the traditional B2 C, B2 B and C2 C e-commerce model,making people move from the virtual trading platform to store offline reality.In 2010 after the introduction of domestic the Group buying model which is a sepecial stage of O2 O business model sought after by consumers.O2O business model has gradually become a mainstream shopping patterns, and have penetrated into every consumer’s daily life, it also has changed people’s consumption habits.Although it has some success, but also exposed some problems as this mode is premature.From the perspective of the customer value thie article innovate the current O2 O website business model.Hoping to offer some new development ideas to a healthy and sustainable development of the domestic O2 O site.Firstly,this article introduce our Chian’s O2 O website development, analysis of our business model from nine elements and sum up the current six major issues sitll exist.Secondly, from the consumer’s consumer psychology factors affecting get customer value, summarize the four dimensions of the impact of customer value.there are perceived cost value, the value of goods and services, the value of information and experience value. According to the four dimensions of customer value to innovate six elments of our O2 O business model. Finally, select Baidu Nuomi case to study, getting the practical suggestions from the perspective of the customer value.
