| The development of the countryside and the enhancement of agricultural modernization level, is not only an important indicator of a regional economic and social development, is also the inevitable request of the process of industrialization and urbanism. Only by speeding up the construction of modern agriculture, to consolidate the basic position of agriculture, food security and healthy development of the "three rural issues". During the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period, Ningxia vigorously develop modern agriculture, and has achieved initial results. But overall, we still have a long way to go compared with the whole country, especially the eastern economic developed area. Therefore, in a relatively long period at present and in the future, taking what kind of effective path to promote the modernization level of Ningxia agricultural improvement has caused the author to think.Based on this, Focusing on Ningxia’s economic and social development reality, using the method of comprehensive analysis and comparative analysis, combined with the knowledge of sociology, economics and geography, this thesis makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation in the development of Ningxia’s agricultural modernization and gives the main factors constraining the development of agricultural modernization which mainly related to resource environment, rural human resources policy, institutional and ideological concept. Through the analysis, the comparison of domestic and external’s achievements and experience on agricultural modernization, this paper proposed the guiding ideology and basic principles of the development of Ningxia’s agricultural modernization; the paper also provides the modernization path of agricultural development in Ningxia. System innovation is the inherent requirement of the realization of agricultural modernization, the development in town construction is the internal power of the construction of agricultural modernization, the development of agricultural industrialization is the inevitable choice of agricultural modernization, system and mechanism innovation is the basic guarantee for the construction of agricultural modernization. |
