A Research On The Current Situation、Problems And Solutions For The Cow Breeding Industry In Shenyang

Nowadays, the dairy industry has become one of the most important industries in national economy. To improve the income of farmers and the rural industrial structure, the sustained and healthy development of the dairy industry plays a very important role. Shenyang City, as the main milk origin of Liaoning Province, the development of its dairy industry has an great influence on Liaoning Province. To collect relevant data by visiting and make a questionnaire survey, combined with recent historical data, it analysis the current situation and the related factors that restricting its development of the dairy industry of Shenyang City, and propose solutions in this article.At present, the dairy herds number of Shenyang is 154,000, with an annual output of 508,000 tons of milk. The average consumption of milk is per capita 60.1 kg. More than 70 percent of the dairy cattle are collectively reared in the areas of Faku, Xinmin and Shenbei. By comparing these three different dairy farming model in these three areas, we found the problem in the development of dairy industry:(1) Insufficient fine breed dairy cattle, the development of dairy is not balanced. (2) Insufficient high quality forage, and the feed unreasonably matched. (3)The increasing feed cost, and increasing abandonment. (4)A backward cattle disease prevention and control system, and high disease treatment costs. (5)Law price of raw milk, and a decreasing enthusiasm of dairy farming. (6)Industrial chain distribution of benefits is unreasonable. (7)Product quality supervision is not enough, and the milk pricing standards is not meet the international standards. (8)Dump milk and even kill their cows compensation mechanisms are inadequate, and no benefit can be guaranteed for farmers. (9)The phenomenon of milk powder collecting still exists, and the foreign brands has a huge impact on ours. (10)Farmers own problems. To solve the problems above, we propose solutions responses:(1)Strengthen the breeding work to improve farmers feeding levels. (2)Improve related policies to strengthen prevention work of. dairy cattle diseases. (3)Improve forage quality. (4)Set the specification of milk acquisition price and manage it. (5)Increase supervision of the safety of dairy market. (6)Improve the promote publicity efforts of the leading enterprises.
