With the deepening of the interest rate marketization in China, it is more and more impossible for commercial banks to make profit relying solely on deposit and loan spreads. Rapidly rising proportion of new kinds of business revenue, such as intermediate business income, agency fees, financing intermediaries, and assets management, has become new growth points of profit of commercial banks. Adjusting the business structure to speed up the transformation and development has become an inevitable choice for commercial banks to deal with the impacts of interest rate marketization. This paper firstly combined with the specific environment for the development of the Commercial Bank of our country, further detailed analyzed the countermeasures of the influence of interest rate marketization on the competitiveness of China’s commercial banks and enhance competitiveness.Firstly it based on the related research achievements of scholars at home and abroad on the basis of combing and summary. Secondly, the impact of marketization of interest rate on China’s commercial banks is analyzed. Papers from the profitability, business structure and so on discussed the influences of interest rate marketization reform on commercial Banks. Followed is the quantitative analysis of related data of China’s commercial banks. Finally, this article put forwards four aspects of countermeasures in order to enhance the competitiveness of commercial banks, respectively are improving the regulatory framework, and strengthening the adjustment of business structure, improving the interest rate risk control ability and constructing a sound financial products pricing system.All in all, with the continuing deepen of interest rate marketization, the future competition will be fiercer and depend on comprehensive strength. The liberalization of regulated interest rates means that the market will be complete competition and those large domestic banks will be in the leading position. Only those banks with clear market positioning, clear business strategy and accurate customer position can win.
