Research On The Inventory Fraud Audit Problems In CX Accounting Firm

Inventory is an important project in balance sheet,and the Auditing Standards has set the procedures of auditing,specific techniques such as supervision of inventory taking is also in progress with the development of the society.However,inventory fraud techniques is also in the "innovation",a variety of emerging industry has also given the inventory items different characteristics.Based on the above reasons,CPA how to deal with inventory audit risk effectively deserves our deeper thoughts.We can find that,in the inventory fraud cases, such as the Mattel,Falmer,and the domestic company such as Hongguang, Lantian, Yinguangxia,and Daerman,Tianyi,Kelon,the CPA responsible for the audit of their financial report,didn’t find out the fraud of inventory,and eventually led to the failure of audit. As a result,the audit of inventory is very important.This article introduces the related theories and the domestic and foreign literature,analyses the process of inventory fraud audit, finds out the reasons of problems,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.The research consists four chapters,the content of each chapter is as follows: the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the background and significance, research methods and contents,and combs the domestic and foreign literature related to inventory fraud audit.The first chapter is the explanation of basic theory,mainly introduce relevant theories of inventory fraud audit.The second chapter is the description of he process of inventory fraud audit of CX accounting firm.The third chapter is the analysis of problems and reasons of the inventory fraud audit process.The fourth chapter is the suggestions.
