This paper investigate the current competition for China tyre industrial and Linglong tyre’s export situation based on the analysis of global economic situation and China Export business development. It emphasis analysis the Linglong tire’s marketing position and the opportunity in global market and also the structure of marketing channel, control the existing problem, present the long term statagy for lingloong tire on the optimize the marketing channel design and management.Though the research, Linglong tire should analysis the channel flows based on the target market, subdivide all the market, including the wholesaler, chain shop,4S shop and automobile repacking shop etc. Build up the brand image, and at the same time, making batter marketing channel and better management of channel. Linglong tire will find more market space though analysis the current marketing situation. |
