The Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Small And Micro-sized Enterprises’ Financing In Anhui Province

Small and micro-sized enterprises play a decisive role in the economic development in a country. The state has always paid great attention to the development of Small and micro-sized enterprises. Facing the worldwide slowdown, Our country attaches great importance to the development of them.In the recent years, the state leaders made important instructions to their development in many big conferences, especially in the area of finance.During recent years, Small and micro-sized enterprises in Anhui province have made a great development with a higher level of economy. However, the loan difficulty for them is still an important factor that restricts its development. Analyzing the financing predicament of Small and micro-sized enterprises in Anhui Province not only makes a very practical contribution to Anhui Province but also has significance for other underdeveloped areas to enhance economic and develop financial market.Concretely, this paper firstly expounded the research background and the main content of the study, then noticed the importance of small and micro-sized enterprises as well as the development of the current financing predicament. Secondly, according to the definition of the concept, the creation of the previous theoretical basis and research results, this paper systematically organized associated documents about the small and micro-sized enterprises’ financing problem. Thirdly, I collect enough data about them in Anhui province through a multi-channel in order to have a general idea of development situation of them in Anhui province. At the same time, after and analyzing reasons and characteristics of the financing predicament for their development, this paper proposed that enterprise’s internal and external environment are the two factors that cause financing predicament. As for the fourth point, this paper attended to prove the above analysis from two aspects-endogenous and exogenous, using on-the-spot investigation and case analysis. Finally, the author put forward a suggestion that setting up independent finance and accounting service organizations.
