Urbanization is the main trend in reform and development of China’s countryside. It is the most important path of solving the problem about agriculture, countryside and famers. It can also support the harmony development in different areas and generalize the different disciplines between city and countryside. Meanwhile through urbanization, it can enlarge the inner needs and promote the industries upgrade. We can’t avoid the Urbanization, if we want to get the aim of promoting the socialism modernization.Urbanization has large influence on countryside’s structure of political, economy and social protection. Countryside collective assets include rural collective construction land, housing land, land use, land market, land collective business assets. On the road of Urbanization, it is necessary to study the management of rural collective assets. We can get the knowledge about rural economy, land reform, public production and service support which can guide the rural reform in the future. We can also find some thoughts about rural development and balance the confliction between city and countryside which can be more adapt to the environment of urbanization. The results can promote the healthy development of areas economy. Also, it is the beneficial exploration of China’s collective economy in rural reform and development through the study of rural collective assets management.The paper analyze the connotation of rural collective assets and its development process in China’s Urbanization. It use the study model of BinhuArea(wuxi) to explain the new creative model of ruralcollective assets management. More practical data and research are used in the paper. We can find the difficulties in the management of rural collective assets and give some suggestions.Firstly, it analyze the connotation of rural collective assets and development process. Some historic problems, especially the belonging of the collective assets are studied.Secondly,it analyze the influence ofrural collective assets from urbanization, and some creative models of management. It uses practical data in the process of rural development and rural community collective assets management in BinhuArea(wuxi). Some important management models are being studied.Again, we pointedly study the difficulties and obstacles in rural collective assets management and find the deep reasons.Lastly, on practical, in the process of urbanization, according to the change of rural collective assets,we give some suggestions on solving the problems. We should strengthen and improve the management of rural collective assets. Mostly, we must protect the farmers’ rights and standardize the marketing behaviors in the urbanization.
