Hand many insurance companies adopted the integrated marketing strategy and marketing details, in order to expand the market in the marketing level change; on the other hand, the insurance enterprises in the pursuit of sales at the same time, with the competitive advantage and expand the market capacity, the formation of marketing mode of differentiation. Become the main way of insurance companies, the market competition of these two modes, especially the agricultural insurance enterprise, due to the impact of China’s "three rural" policy, the development of agricultural insurance and rapid in recent phase, Z insurance company set up more than a year, a good momentum of development in the region, a certain achievement has been made in agricultural insurance business professional.This paper analyzes the marketing status of Z insurance company from the macro environment, industry environment and other aspects of agricultural insurance, especially under the guidance of the external factors, how to innovate the product of the company, the effective implementation of the driving factors of the marketing difference and the company’s competitive advantage aspects. Therefore, in the fierce competition in the industry situation, construct specialized, differentiated marketing strategy is imminent agricultural insurance corporate initiatives. Z insurance company based in agricultural insurance, its competitive advantage is professional, competition means difference. Therefore, this paper takes Z insurance company as an example of the difference to the study of insurance corporate marketing strategy, has the practical significance and the application value of the theory.This paper emphasizes the marketing advantage speciality, the difference of Z insurance company of agricultural insurance, the difference in acceptance and settlement characteristics of traditional agriculture insurance company and insurance company, fully demonstrated the competitive advantage of Z insurance company in agricultural insurance, characteristics, and the law. This paper take the STP marketing, differentiation strategy theory as the basis, the actual situation of Z company, on the inside and outside environment analysis.
