Enterprise culture is a kind of enterprise core competitiveness, to the rapid development of enterprises play a vital role. In the joint venture, its assets restructuring process is two kinds of culture mutual fusion and integration process, however, because of cultural differences, joint venture is facing all sorts of contradictions and conflicts. Cultural integration has become a research focus in the joint venture management. But the practice has proved that at present many sino-foreign joint ventures are still not after the assets reorganization of cultural fusion to give enough attention. Enterprises in order to obtain the necessary resources, reduce costs, new business strategic shift, complementary advantages to improve operational efficiency, expand market share, interoper ability, develop the market economies of scale or scope of economic and financial synergies, etc and m&a activities, people often only pay attention to enterprise merger restructuring of tangible assets and intangible assets, but neglected the both sides of the integration of corporate culture resources and integration, thanks in large part to influence the outcome of the Chinese and foreign enterprise joint venture cooperation. Team as an enterprise of the smallest production unit, its cultural construction is the foundation and important premise of enterprise culture fusion. Team culture to enhance staffs cohesive force and centripetal force, enhance employees’ sense of belonging to the enterprise and the team consciousness, help employees to establish correct values and ethics has a very important role. Practice has proved that excellent and special team culture construction, to improve overall professional quality and ability of management team can give full play to the team in the role of the enterprise, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The current team culture construction in China, however, is uneven, especially the joint venture company values are not clear, pay attention to short-term interests, cultural construction is not innovation, to a certain extent, affected the team culture construction smoothly, thus greatly limits the fusion of enterprise culture.Based on the representative in the joint venture dong feng nissan, its typical team culture construction, this paper will with dong feng nissan team culture construction as an example for analysis.
